Procedures and Deadlines
Lume hopes that you are satisfied with your purchase or, if not, you can exchange it without any problems, according to the following rules:
To request the exchange or return of products, you must first check whether the postal delivery deadline has passed. After the deadline has passed, send an email to [email protected] informing the order number, products you wish to exchange or return and tell us the reason.
After confirming the exchange request, you will receive the exchange label in your email/WhatsApp message. With this label printed, go to the post office with the product well packaged and with the Invoice/declaration of contents, and post the product.
The items will only be accepted if returned intact, that is, without being washed or used, without stains, without odors and without alterations made by the customer.
Exchanges or returns must be requested on our website within 7 calendar days after the delivery date of your order. After this period, we do not accept exchanges or returns.
If any defect is found in the product delivered, the exchange may be made within the same 7 calendar days as described above.
We advise customers to carefully check their purchase upon receipt, before removing any labels and discarding the original packaging. Upon receiving your purchase, check:
If the packaging is open or damaged;
If the product has been damaged;
If the product does not match the order.
In the case of an exchange of size and/or color, we do not guarantee stock availability.
In the case of returning the product, you can choose to have the product refunded or exchanged.
WE DO NOT EXCHANGE OR RETURN PRODUCTS ON SALE, except in cases of defects in the item, reported within the legal deadlines.
For international purchases, shipping costs for exchanges are the customer's responsibility.
