Terms of Use

Lume shall be exempt from any liability for misfortunes arising from the provision of the customer's personal access password to third parties.

 

The customer must provide true and updated registration information, so as not to influence the delivery of products in the correct time and manner.

 

Lume has the right to limit or refuse orders that it understands to be from traders, resellers or distributors, and may also limit or cancel the quantity of products purchased by each customer or per purchase order. Such restrictions may include purchase orders made using the same login and password, the same credit card and/or orders that use the same billing or delivery address.

 

In the event of a change or cancellation of the order, we will contact the customer by email and/or telephone number contained in the respective registration.

 

Lume is not responsible for any type of damage caused to its customers' computers, whether by virus attack or defects presented during use.
